ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom babies this age can be given semi solids to solid consistency foods which are soft enough as well .also as per how well the baby is accepting them you may add in more variety as well .
Now foods such as panner , egg yolk and non veg if preferred, dry fruits and nuts , more fruits and vegetables as well , dals , chana , rajma etc , wheat - roti , idli , dosa etc
ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, you can give soft food like roti soaked in dal or vegetable, vegetable dal rice, khichadi, daliya, pulao, idli, dosa.
Seasonal fruits
Curd, paneer, cheese
Eggs and non veg foods
Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food.
Add ghee to baby’s food.
Give 3 to 4 meals a day and up to three fourth katori every time.
Continue to breastfeed.
