hello dr. my baby is 74 days old. during his hearing test left ear not show pass. doctor said that it's coz of swelling and he prescribe "phenylephrine hydrochloride and chlorpheniramine maleate drops ip. after having that baby is pooping several times like watery. is this the result of that medicine?

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are assjiiociated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
