Hello Dr. my baby is 6 months 1 day old. We done her weight yesterday her weight is only 6 kg. her birth weight is 3.250gm. so plz tell me how can increase baby weight and which vitamins we can give to increase her appetite. dr only gives nd3 drop from birth.
