Hello Dr. my baby is 6 months 1 day old. We done her weight yesterday her weight is only 6 kg. her birth weight is 3.250gm. so plz tell me how can increase baby weight and which vitamins we can give to increase her appetite. dr only gives nd3 drop from birth.

babies weight gain depends on their birth weight
usually they gain double their birth weight by the age of 6 months
and ideally ,6 months old baby should have weight between 4.5 to 6 kg
so don't worry your child weighs good.
please feed your child on demand
give Massage to your child daily
maintain good hygiene
