hello Dr, my baby is 4month old and m breastfeeding him so should I use lemon and curd? or it effects baby's health like cough and cold?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. there is no problem mother can take lemon and curd it is not going to affect the health of the baby baby will not get any cold infection also . .

No You can have it all it’s not an issue it’s just important that you should be having everything on room temperature it’s not recommended to have anything directly from the refrigerator that’s not a good idea to go for you should just have everything on room temperature only whether it is fruits or it is good or it is anything else
