Q.

Hello dr....my baby is 2yrs 3months old she gets vomit all the time like when she jumps she gets vomit ,when she laughs for 10mins she gets cough and she vomits,when she drink water or milk she gets coughs and she vomits all the food and some times after having dinner she sleeps nicely in the night at the midnight she gets vomit sensation why this is happening every time plz suggest me

A. after recurring nausea/ vomiting wait for one hour then give vomiting medicine (syp ondem/emeset) 5ml and then again wait for one hour and then give only easily digestible fodod. do not give anything to eat in this 2hr waiting period. if vomiting occurs again then meet your doctor. avoidd giving milk and heavy diet. vomit usually occurs due to gastritis
