There is no need to worry if your child is healthy and active. To make your child gain weight, ensure your child get the right nutrition for their growing age. Try nutrition dense foods to aid in weight gain. Some recipes you can try are nuts ladoo, seeds, peanut Chikki, makhana, Dal chilla or cutlets, Ragi porridge, vegetable paratha, fruit milkshake etc

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please evaluate the baby once with doctor in person and ask for food supplement and vitamins. also give your baby eggs, chicken, cheese, ragi, soaked nuts on daily basis.
