Q.

Hello Dr, My baby is 2 months 10 days old. When I try to make her sit by holding her neck, she is moving her head back and forth. Is it because of still she doesn’t have neck control or anything else to worry about?

A. baby will achieve partial holding by three or four months of age and by six month the day we will achieve a complete neck holding the accordingly you can make the baby comfortable

A. Hi See you are doing it completely wrong you should never make your child sit or stand with support also before the age of six months this can damage the spine of your child and by the age of three month only a child is going to have a stable head it is not stable before that it is going to fall down even if you do not put proper hand behind the head of your child so please don’t do all these things otherwise will end up hurting your child severely
