Q.

Hello Dr , my baby is 15months old. he started walking around 13months. now he is a bit faster in walking comparatively. but he is putting one of his legs crossley while walking. his legs are straight. but while walking most of the times he is keeping one foot cross. is that common in kids? if not what should we do to walk him straight. I'm a bit worried. please answer.

A. walking with support will come any time between 9 months to 15 months of age. walking without support will come maximum by 18 months of age so before that theref is no need to worry and you have to just continue regular diet of the child( food made from cereals pulses fruits veggies milk) as well as baby massage and regular massage will also helpc in improving the muscle strength which will help in walking. regular encouragement for the child to walk
