hello dr. my baby is 12 month old bt he doesn't have any teeth. what's the reason.

ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist3 years agoA. sometimes there is a delay in eruption if teeth. you can wait till the age if 18 months for the first tooth to erupt in your baby's mouth. there is nothing to worry

Hi There is no such reason because the process of having teeth can start any time after 12 weeks and H I can have its first it by the age of 17 months are there is no specific reason you can very well wait for the age of 16 to 17 months if it doesn’t come by then then you can consult a paediatric dentist
