the more the baby latches the more milk production.
have a healthy diet include dry fruits ghee greens cumin seeds papaya carrots kishmish etc in your daily diet.
drink lots of water and also a glass of water before feeding the baby as being hydrated is the key to good breast milk supply.
avoid stress as stress can reduce breast milk supply
