Q.

hello Dr, my baby is 10months old yesterday I gave him cow milk after that he did vomit 8 times and now vomit stopped but now he is doing dysentery after 1hr of breast feed , Dr suggest me Zinc syrup and ORS but his condition is as it is. please suggest me any medicine

A. Stop giving cow milk to the baby as cow milk should be introduced after one year of age and for now stop giving milk to the baby and give sooji Upma khichdi curd rice banana

A. cow milk after one year baby should start with.. yes indigestion issue. you can should keep the baby well hydrated.. give oral rehydration solution.. and as the pediatric advice.. zinc syrup also.. take care.. apply coconut oil on baby tummy area and massage gently in circular motion..
