hello dr...my baby is 10 month old..baby ne aaj first time thoda sa pineapple le liya..oske baad se tongue oski thodi si red ho rhi hai aur preshan ho rha hai..pls suggest me dr...k main kya Karon??

A. some babies may be allergic to certain fruits it seems that your baby has not shown proper compatibility with pineapple it can be an allergic reaction so you should consult your doctor before giving it again
