Hello dr. my baby have9months. mmr vaccin is given 10th jan.still now fever is continue .. today temp99. 2.early morning temp100. 2..syrup is given temp normal but syrup time out temp99. 2..still fever is come to4days.. how many days fever is continue...

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can gifve paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the firsft line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating.
and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required
