hello dr, my baby girl is 5 month old . and I have seen 3 white patches on back side of neck. 1patch is larger than r darker other 2 patches and also 1 patch on knee or smell faint patch on chick please give me correct solution

White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skingg it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper mousturisation of skin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .
