hello Dr my baby entering 6 months she sucks fingers alot due to this her cheeks and chin area reddish spots occur and in body also occur in legs area patches formed and reddish spots occur pls suggest any lotion and baby soap and also suggest why this happend to my baby

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 5 months old and she use to suck her fingers so it’s sign of hunger or she is teething and the red patches are mostly atopic dermatitis and needs opinion of dermatologist

Hello ma’am Seems like your child has got some allergy in the body which is why this is happening so if you want you can consult your dermatologist ones regarding the same will get a check up done in the course of medication for the same if this allergy is spreading then it will be best to consult a dermatologist only
