U Give vegetable purée fruits to your child Suji Kheer Upma Halwa you can go ahead with porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato vegetable purees vegetable soup pumpkin soup soups also you can give to the child on regular basis and also try to give good amount of water for healthy digestion
