Hello dr, my baby dindnt go motion Daly. because day after day she will go motion ,that make full noise and the she will go motion, what that problem ,we are giving tonic as.local dr advice.

A. hi but it is normal for young babies so no need to your worry. just feed your child on demand. as you are nursing mother, eat easy to digest food. give massage to your child regularly give massage on stomach in clockwise direction with firm hands. move your child legs in cycling motions. it will definitely help to regularise bowlmovements
