Hello Dr, my baby boy 2year 4month. please suggest me best peracetamol fever syrup. because mere baby ko fever ane laga 102f tha. phir mene Ibugesic plus diya fever kam ho gaya then after 5-6 hour fever dubara aa gaya.. medicine continue rahku ya phir other medicines.please suggest me.

A. It happens in viral fever so you have to repeat the dose after every six hours abd the medicine which you are giving is fine so continue that only abd keep gaby hydrated
