hello dr.my baby 3yrs old he's suffering from more cold nd cough can give banana nd chekus? and sleeping time salaiva coming ?

A. to decrease this you have to maintain hygiene of the oral cavity by regular cleaning the oral cavity with the help of your finger as a less you can use clean cotton cloth. this has to be done at lezast two times per day also the increased salivation is due to the pre tooth eruption pain and the irritation of dirty things the child places in the oral cavity

A. hello yes chikoo or elakki banana is absolutely safe to be given not a problem and put nasal drops or use instant cold releif rub from Babyhug which can help and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide
