hello Dr. My 9 month old daughter vomiting once at night from last 4 days..I'm giving her iron drops from last month and antibiotic for cough from last 4 days.. and before 4 days she playing with sponge and may be she swallowed it I don't know and after 5 minutes she vomited but I didn't see sponge in vomit and her poop after that day..she is totally normal but she vomiting daily at night from last 4 days..what can cause vomiting..should i worried about it? what can I do plz help
