hello dr... my 6 month old baby puts every object in her mouth.... does this shows she is having deficiency of iron.. ... one more thing...... she holds breath spells.. what r ur suggestions regarding it

A. the baby is 6 months of age most of the babies will be putting all the objects in the mouth it is the day baby will be exploring them to avoid breath holding in the baby e see the baby will not cry continuously
