Hello,Dr My 1 yr old son having tight motions and sometimes his stool comes out with little blood over stool..is der any thing serious??

A. Hello dear parent The baby might be having an anal fissure which is getting repeatedly cut And causing the bleeding. Try giving lots of liquids and also high-fiber food for the baby to pass the motion easily
