hello Dr. my 1 yr old baby arisha vomiting since yesterday. she is on mother's milk.

This can be because of change in weather in such case you should definitely give vomikind drops. It will give relief and vomiting issues and still you baby doesn’t get relieve in next few hours then you do should definitely consult with your paediatrician about it because Dr can only advise you will have to examine
