You can also give turmeric milk and almond milk. You can add chocolate powder sometimes. You can give milk products like plain curd or flavoured curd or homemade paneer or cheese or butter or ghee in small amounts can be added to his meals.
Whenever your child is angry, ignore his behaviour. Distract your child with a book or a toy. Interact with your child to validate their emotions and help them express their feelings. Wait for his anger or tantrum to subside. Talk to your child with a low, calm voice while making eye contact.
