If you go for any kind of a diet plan or any kind of a shit to replace your real then you will lose onto your breastfeeding also so it would be better not to go for the supplements for a workout that’s going to be beneficial so I would recommend you to go for a proper work out as that’s going to be beneficial as a good amount of protein after you work out that will be beneficial
