hello dr meri daughter 2 yr 5 month ki hai usko kisi cheez se lag gayi hai knee pe jis se usko pain and swelling dono hai so mujhe kya karna chahiye please suggest...

A. apply ice packs and give pcm syp if the pain is more Take a well balanced nutritious diet add dry fruits powder in the diet add more fruits and vegetables in the diet maintain hygiene in the area
