Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. try to prevent temperature variations around the child and for nasal blockage you can give nasal saline drops and for running nose for running nose you can give drops maxtra 1 ml to the child and this medicine can be repeated maximum three times per day and also give nasal saline drops and indirect steam inhalation and warm water to drink
