A. whenever you give any new food to the child you have to take care of two things. you should give in small quantity. if the child doesn't develop any digestion problem in xnext 24 hours to 48 hours and the child is able to digest that food then that food can be given again. but if the child is not able to digest or there is some problem with vomiting or loose motion or colic pain then kindcly avoid that food. we wait for 2 to 3 days to confirm whether the child is having any problem to that particular food or not

A. You can give it in this is no problem but give it in a very minimum quantity because as you know that it is very heavy for the child to digest make sure of the quantity that you offer to the child also would advise you to add some fresh ginger into the food that you are giving that also avoid the heaviness in the food as well as will help in better digestion
