hello dr mere twin baby boys hai. meri 30 week pe c cestion hua tha .birth wight 1.30 kg & 1.50 hai.3 month k ho gy hai or waight 3.4 kg hai to wight gain kare ??or its normal??

A. Hello mom as per unke birth weight k according yeah theek hai as in as far as woh weight gain gradually kar pa rahe hai , aur baki sab age appropriate activities hai tho koi problem nahi hai
