hello dr mere baby ku loose motions hore 20days se electric powder dene per b motion nai rukh re,. aur cold cough b h plz suggest me some good syrups nd control the motions

A. nine months baby is having loose motions It is very important to avoid dehydration please give ORS coconut water buttermilk to the baby give zinconia syrup 5 ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to the baby
