hello.. dr. mere 1 month 9 days ka bacha hai usne do dino se poty nhi ki hai or use gas b ho rahi hai..mene use gastica drop b de di fir b kuch nhi hua wo chie raha he or so nhi pa raha hai...kya karu jise uka pet ache se saf ho jaye.

A. hello parent ur kid 1 m old , some babies passa stools once in 3-5 days as long as baby active taking feeds well without vomiting and abdominal bloating do not worey
