hello dr . mera weight 90 kg h or muze thody si BP ki shikayat h meri Bp ki medicine chalu nahi h pr jb me crocin ya nise tab khati hu bukhar me toh mera blood pressure badh jata h... muze just buhhar aya to plzz suggest me k me konsi tab lu... plzz hospital me nahi jaa sakti..

A. Hi paracetamol is safe to take. you can take that every 6 to 8 hours . dolo or crocin can be taken if fever doesnot go down, then you need to visit the physician & get blood reports done
