Hello Dr, mera beta 8 yrs ka hai use idher 2_3 month me 3_4 baar fvr cold and cough ho rha hai school se medicine dete hai theek ho jata hai but 10-15 days me again ho jata hai . congestion bahut hai

A. Cough and cold can we because of some allergic reaction in the body most of the time it is viral in the origin need to givhe symptomfatic treatment first like steam inhalation and some home remedies cough expectorant may be required along with anti allergic medications
