still start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day as diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child

Give food and fruits rich in iron like apple spinach pomegranate mango jaggery eggplant beetroot etc to ur baby to increase hb.

Give all that you cook for ur family. Include egg, ghee, dry fruits ,dairy products like paneer curd cheese, banana shake, potatoes, rice etc in ur baby diet for weight gain
