It’s not healthy you should make your child vomit immediately and that is how you can clean the stomach of your child if your child doesn’t vomit then I think it would be better for you to check with your doctor maybe they can help you with some medicine that you can follow with as of now a child doesn’t have an issue with what your child has eaten
