hello Dr mera baby 9 months,weight 8.6 kg ka hai aur isko kal se khasi ho rhi hai.mere pediatrician ne jb mera baby 3.5 months ka tha to Asthakind-P drops likha tha.ab mujhe iski kitni amount Deni cahiye aur din me kitni baar dena chahiye? reply olz

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 11 m old boy2 years agoA. 1ml twice daily This can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to weather changes and temperature variations around the child. For cold you can give drops maxtra / wikoryl AF 0.5 ml to the child 2-3 times per day. try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly for nasal blockage and simple cough and cold. Indirect steam will also help. Go for home remedies like Tulsi Ginger diluted with water combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day.(honey can be added after 1 year age) Give warm water to drink If no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor For fever and pain give paracetamol.

SantoMom of 2 children2 years agoA. As your kid is small with regards to medication, I feel It's better to check with your doctor and follow their advise. That would be one of the best and safest option for your baby as of now.
