A. as your child has completed One year. you can give same food whatever you cook for your whole family. full fat milk can be given.. offer more liquid and fruits

A. If Your baby is able to digest it without milk then you should go ahead without me a water if your child is finding it heavy then you can go ahead with the ratio of 70 and 30 that would be easier for your child to die
