A. Hello mam for that first you need to have a positive attitude and avoid to take stress as well .. pray , meditate . Have good healthy meals and healthy foods such as seasonal fruits and vegetables, dry fruits , keep yourself hydrated, Cereals , dals , rajma , sprouts etc
