Q.

Hello dr… M 34 weeks prego.. in my recent ultrasound , my dr found 3 weeks lag in AC… what could be the reason ??? … And how can i cope up with this problem.. TIA

A. if abdominal circumference is less than period of gestation by more than 4 ek it indicates growth restriction. depending on how less it is ur doctor will advise you further plan, more frequent monitoring and sometimes even early termination of pregnancy. currently u should increase ur fluid and healthy diet uptake, plenty of rest and strict count of daily fetal movements and visit ur doctor immediately
