A. If you have missed your periods and you are confirmed that You are not pregnant , Then you can just wait for your periods to come naturally and if not then you can consult with your doctor for medication to start with your periods

A. First of all go for pregnancy test at home. Buy a home pregnancy test kit such as preganews/velicit pregnancy test kit and do the test early in the morning. If the test comes as positive.. Visit a gynaecologist.
