hello Dr kya delivery k 7 saal bad agr per Kam nhi hua h to kya ab kr skte h???

A. you can go for regular exercise and daily walking which is the best way to reduce your tummy fat and also to maintain good health try to remain active during the daytime as much as you can and also have a good sleep at night which will help reduce the body fat

A. hello have a healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet and walking and excercise helps and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better
