Hello dr I mistakenly give 0.5 ml Crocin to my 2 month old son His weight is 5.2 kg Please advise

I would advise you to give a light sponging for now to reduce intensity of the fever as you have already given the medication of whatever dose. But please do not repeat this. Consult your doctor to guide you further on the proper treatment.
