Have garlic, garlic milk Fenugreek seeds jeera water nuts oats green leafy vegetables ridge gourd bottle gourd pulses pumpkin dairy products etc in your daily diet.
Also check with your gynecologist and get some supplements like galact garnaules prescribed. It helps in increasing breast milk.
If breastfeed is not sufficient for the baby. You can start giving formula milk to the baby. Formula milk is the alternative of breastfeed.
There are many good brands like nan, lactogen, similac etc. Consult your pediatrician to know which formula milk suits your baby and fulfills the requirements.
