Hello Dr. I'm a lactating mother. From yesterday I'm having headache, body ache and cramps in my stomach alongwith loose motion. Even last night I was feeling cold and little feverish. Can I take the medicines because I'm little concern about weither can I take the medicines during lactation or not. and which medicine you'll advice me?

A. hello simple medicines like paracetamol and cetrizine can be raken and are safe while you are lactating. and if more than you need to discuss with your doctor vefore taking.
