Hello Dr. I have three years old daughter and from long time I am noticing a drastic change in her behavior she stopped talking and and responding even I am calling her name she doesn’t respond even she stopped calling me mamma.I am really worried about her she is not doing eye contact and some time her behavior is too aggressive. I admit her in a play school but still she doesn’t play with the other children she likes to play alone if her teacher try to make her play with other children or trying to do any activity she starts crying and biting to other children. Pls advise me how to handle this situation I feel so helpless sometime.
