Hello Dr… I have delivered baby boy 6 months ago. After 2 months I got my periods.. this month it’s been 45 days I haven’t. Please suggest me

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Good luck and take care
