Hello dr I have delivered a baby a boy on 14 feb through operation I have a pcod problem I can’t feed my baby as my milk is not coming much agar Mai bache ko kra rhi hu woh 1 min Mai chod rha h I m pumping also but 1 spoon jitna milk aa rha h abhi toh formula milk on hai what to do

A. Hello dear parent! Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Include methi in your daily diet to increase breastmilk production. It is advisable to consult a lactation expert for further assistance. Latch the baby well to your breast and make a good skin to skin contact with your baby while breastfeeding.
