Hello Dr. I have chronic bronchitis since 6-7yrs. I took lots of treatment regarding this situation, but no effect. I have continuously coughing, throat irritation, phelgum present . can u suggest some treatment for this.?

avoid taking processed oily spicy , cold and sugary food items frequently
keep your self well hydrated
take steam inhalation thrice in a day
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day

you need to triggered out what causes it
and from my personal experience,I would suggest to opt for Homeopathic medicines for this
it is really helpful in such cases
