Q.

hello Dr. I give my daughter 2time cerelac and 1time soup. and also breast milk. now her stool is little hard. what can I give her to normal the potty?

A. it is important to decrease the amount of food which is causing constipation in the child. that is a possibility that you will have to stop cerelac and give homemade food for the child

A. Hi parent Keep her hydrated Give her breast milk as and when she demands. Don't use RO water Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350. Give her more fluids. tomato soup , moong soups are good Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
