Hello Dr I am a Mom of a 1 yr 3 month old baby girl. I am breast feeding my baby. The concern is I am not gaining weight… I have already loosen I am 42 kgs Please help me how can I gain weight .

NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy4 years agoA. hello make sure to have a healthy and nutritious food in the diet and also include high calorie foods and see and if any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better
